Judge “Essentially Allowed Son to Be Murdered”
“You essentially allowed my son to be murdered. You had proof in front of your eyes that Corey was in danger and ignored it. Shame on you.” Corey’s mother to Family Court Judge The day after Corey’s mother, Breanna, begged New Jersey Family Court Judge Patrick Bradshaw to protect her child, little six year-old Corey was killed. Breanna had dutifully brought Little Corey to the court-mandated visit with his abusive father at 9am and by 3pm that same day, Little Corey was dead. Judge Bradshaw had told Breanna there was “not enough evidence” of abuse, despite Corey telling doctors his father was hurting him, bruising on his body, and several reports to child protective services. Judges routinely rule that there is not enough evidence, even though a good, loving mother believes the father is abusive and there is corroborating evidence. So Breanna had to do what mothers everywhere, everyday in family courts around the world are forced against their will to do: obey an order which she knows endangers her child. Corey died of blunt force trauma to his heart and liver. The autopsy found previously healed internal injuries as well. Breanna had tried unsuccessfully for a long time to protect him. The father has pleaded not guilty, but Breanna contends, “I have no doubt in my mind that his father basically beat Corey to death.” The case is going to a grand jury. A criminal trial is surely upcoming. Watch this page for updates. RIP Little Corey; Condolences Protective Mom Breanna SHARE and comment in support of Breanna! Corey’s amazing Momma did EVERYTHING possible to protect her son. A Judge made a BAD decision and handed Corey, a child, a death sentence. What more did this Judge need?! Corey to be on a ventilator?!? SMDH I wish the Judge had been a woman, a mother, or someone with common sense. No words or actions will EVER heal Corey’s momma’s heart. This Judge & Corey’s Sperm donor ripped that away from her. This should NOT have been allowed to happen. It’s happening too often. Two evils against a warrior. Sadly evil won. I hope these two evils can’t sleep at night. The death penalty would be too easy. Too quick.

This judge PATRICK J. BRADSHAW has blood on his hands for the death of 6 year old Corey. Bradshaw needs to be banished from anything to do with the legal system. Having the known facts in front of him he failed miserably in doing his job. He needs to hang up that disgraced robe he wears and pass it onto someone who has basic 'common sense'.
