 I was the primary parent of my boys ages 6, 9 & 11 when Family Court gave SOLE custody to their father for no reason! The judge said father and I couldn't communicate. The father’s family is friends with attorneys and politicians.
This caused my younger children to be split from their older siblings and no one cared. I was given every other weekend and Wednesdays after school until 7:30 p.m. The father and his family attempted to alienate me and my family from the kids but thankfully were not successful. I have all 3 of my kids living with me since July as the two older ones moved in just before their 18th birthdays. My youngest is 15-1/2 and I got a call to pick him up from school as he was having a meltdown and his dad wouldn’t pick him up. He hasn’t gone back to his dad's to live. I’ll continue to pay child support just to stay out of the corrupt courtroom.
